Fees Terms and Conditions

ABC 123 Daycare offers Nursery provision throughout the year only closing for Bank Holidays and between Christmas and the New Year.

We are open Monday - Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm within our structure we can offer the following sessions:

Morning Session includes mid-morning snack	08.30 - 12.00	£13.00
Afternoon session includes afternoon tea	1.00 - 4.30	£13.00
Lunchtime session 1 hours care and 2 Course Lunch	1.00 - 2.00	£4.50
Full Day includes snack, Lunch & afternoon Tea	08.30- 4.30	£30.00
Additional half hours	08.00 - 8.30 4.30 - 5.00 5.00 -5.30	£2.50
Additional hours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Full time 40 hours per week Mon-Fri	08.30 - 4.30	£140

A late pick up fee will be levied in the case of parents not collecting their children on time.

We accept all Child Care vouchers.

Discounts are available for siblings.

Early Years Nursery Funding

Children are eligable for Nursery Education Funding from the begining of the term commencing after their third birthday we are able to offer these children 3 seperate sessions plus one lunch session per week without additional charge for the duration of our opening period.

Please note:

Fees are payable monthly IN ADVANCE
As staffing levels and expenses are ongoing, fees are still payable when a child is ill/hospitalised/absent for other reason.
A full months notice is required to cancel Nursery sessions
Children should, of course, be kept at home if suffering from an infectious illness.

The nursery will be closed on Bank Holidays and from Christmas to the New Year. In a full year, up to two week's fees will not be payable during the family's annual holiday but six months attendance at the nursery must occur before one week of non-payment.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR THE FULL TWO WEEK'S HOLIDAY TO BE DUE DURING A CHILD'S PRESCHOOL YEAR, ATTENDANCE MUST CONTINUE UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST OF THAT YEAR.
