We place great importance on the partnership with parents. We operate an open door policy and should parents have any worries or queries they shouldn't hesitate to contact your child’s key person alternatively you may wish to speak to Hollie or Rachael of the management team. It is important to us that you receive individual feedback on thedevelopment of your child, and we also encourage parents to contribute to the development of procedures at the nursery. Working together as a team we ensure standards are maintained for "every individual child, every day, everywhere". Why not come and have a tour of the nursery and learn what the team can do to help your child achieve their full potential.

 



Key Person

Each child at the Nursery will be allocated a key person this person will be your
first point of contact with the Nursery they aim to build good relationships
with both child and family alike. They will work to produce a learning diary
for your child through observing the individual child and recording their
development, you are welcome to add to your child’s diary as you wish. It is
also important that you share with your child’s key person any information that
may help us support them with their daily routine i.e. If they have not slept
well the night before or if they have been upset about something.
